Description
This course combines two critical areas of Healthcare Management (Human Resources and Legal Aspects). Key current legal issues facing healthcare providers/organizations will be explored. Additionally, students will learn how to successfully attract, select, hire, train, retain, and compensate healthcare employees on both the critical and non-critical sides of the industry. Prerequisites: BL 305 and MG 321 or MG 322. SP.
