Description

An interdisciplinary course introducing students to the role of mediation in resolving disputes. It explores the social psychological basis for mediation, including conflict theory. Students develop practical mediation skills. The learning approach includes lectures, simulations, modeling, and practice mediations, in a variety of settings.
