Description
Candidates will learn strategies for teaching reading, writing, speaking, and listening in the content areas. Methods of teaching effective comprehensive vocabulary and study skills will be presented. Candidates will practice techniques for adapting materials and supporting challenged readers. Field-based assignment required. Prerequisite or corequisite: ED 515. FA, SP.
